Terms of Use for Bk-adventures Services

These terms constitute the agreement between Bk-adventuresand users of Bk-adventures services. The terms are valid from 14 Januery 2026. Use of Bilkollektivet’s services constitutes acceptance of the terms in force at any given time.

  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental of motorcycles from God Tur innovasjon AS (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) to the renter (“Renter”, “you”). 

  • To rent a motorcycle, the Renter must: - Be at least 24 years of age (or other age as specified per motorcycle). - Hold a valid motorcycle driving licence appropriate for the motorcycle category under Norwegian law. - Have held such licence for a minimum of 2 years, unless otherwise stated. - Be registered as an approved member/user of the Company. - Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair driving. 

    • Motorcycles may only be used during the confirmed booking period. 

    • Early return does not entitle the Renter to a refund unless explicitly stated. 

    • Late return may result in additional fees and/or penalties. 

    • Extensions must be approved through the Company’s booking system before the rental period expires. 

  • The Renter agrees to: - Use the motorcycle only for private, lawful purposes. - Not use the motorcycle for racing, competitions, off-road riding (unless explicitly allowed), instruction, or commercial use. - Not sub-rent, lend, or allow any other person to operate the motorcycle. - Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and speed limits. - Use appropriate protective gear, including approved helmet, gloves, and protective clothing. 

    • The motorcycle is provided in roadworthy condition. 

    • The Renter must inspect the motorcycle before use and report any existing damage or defects immediately via the Company’s app or support channel. 

    • Failure to report damage before use may result in the Renter being held responsible. 

    • Motorcycles are normally provided with a specified fuel level. 

    • The Renter must return the motorcycle with the same fuel level, unless otherwise stated. 

    • Refuelling costs due to insufficient fuel upon return may be charged, including an administration fee. 

    • Rental fees are calculated based on time and/or distance, as specified at booking. 

    • Additional fees may apply for: 

    • Late return 

    • Cleaning beyond normal use 

    • Fuel replacement 

    • Fines, tolls, and violations 

    • All payments may be invoiced or charged to the Renter’s registered payment method. 

    • Any accident, damage, or theft must be reported immediately to the Company and, where required, to the police. 

    • An accident report must be completed as soon as possible. 

    • The Renter must not leave the motorcycle unattended after serious damage or break down without approval. 

    • The Renter is responsible for all parking fines, traffic violations, tolls, and fees incurred during the rental period. 

    • The Company may charge an administration fee for handling such claims. 

    • The motorcycle must be returned in reasonably clean condition. 

    • Normal wear is acceptable; excessive dirt, misuse, or neglect may result in cleaning or repair charges. 

  • The Company may terminate the rental immediately if: - The Renter breaches these Terms. - The motorcycle is used unsafely or unlawfully. - The Company reasonably believes continued use may cause damage or risk. 

    • The Company is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of income or personal belongings left on the motorcycle. 

    • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Norwegian law. 

    • Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). 

    • Location and usage data may be collected for operational, safety, and billing purposes. 

    • The Company may update these Terms from time to time. 

    • Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

    • These Terms are governed by Norwegian law

    • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
